Yes. One of the advantages of a modular flooring system is that individual tiles can be removed and replaced without disturbing the rest of the floor.
We have been using them in our Clarity Plastics factories for well over 5 years and they have been subject to forklift traffic on a daily basis. The great thing about Plasfloor is the flexibility to maintain or replace certain tiles as and when required, so upkeep time and costs are kept to an absolute minimum.
Plasfloor can be installed directly onto most existing hard surfaces, including concrete, painted floors, epoxy coatings, timber and tiles. Minor cracks, imperfections and uneven areas can often be covered without extensive floor preparation.
In most cases, very little preparation is required. Simply remove loose debris and ensure the surface is reasonably clean and dry before installation.
Yes. The solid PVC construction provides excellent stability and support, making Plasfloor suitable for use with vehicle jacks, axle stands, tool chests and workshop equipment.
Yes. Plasfloor is resistant to hydraulic oils, lubricants, fuels, greases and many common industrial chemicals, helping to maintain the appearance and performance of your floor.
Plasfloor is primarily designed for indoor use. As with all PVC flooring products, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause thermal expansion. If you are considering an outdoor installation, please contact us for advice on your specific application.
